You can easily receive the official certificate of participation, which must be kept at your workplace, by downloading it, emailing it or sending it by post.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
- You live in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are fully legally competent
- There are no bans on your activity or employment due to illness in accordance with Section 42 IfSG
- You start your job within the next 3 months

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- You own a smartphone or tablet
- for the online ID function with NFC function and ID App2 or installed
- for the selfie identification function with built-in camera
- You can pay the fee online

Essential contents of this app:

ID
At the beginning you have to identify yourself. You have the following option to do this:
- Selfie Ident function
You use our selfie identification process. To do this you will need a photo of you and your ID. These will be checked at the health department after the instruction has been completed and will be deleted again if successful.

WATCH MOVIE
The core of our instruction is an 8-minute explanatory video that provides information about personal responsibility and important hygiene rules in the workplace. The film is divided into 5 chapters and is also available in 7 languages. After chapters 1 to 4, you have to answer a simple multiple choice question about the content of the chapter. Don't worry, you can't fail; If you don't answer the question correctly, you just have to watch the short chapter again.

CONFIRM INSTRUCTIONS
After you have answered all questions correctly, you must confirm that you have been informed about the activity bans according to the Infection Protection Act, that you have understood the instructions and that you are not aware of any facts that would justify a ban on activity (§ 42 IfSG).

PAY ONLINE
The fee for the instruction is usually €20 and must be paid directly via the app. Common payment options are available for this: Paypal, credit card, giropay or paydirekt.
